DeBlaca AI was founded in 2025 by Tony Blake. Twenty years at Intel Ireland in Leixlip — manufacturing operations, Six Sigma, Lean, yield improvement, and industrial automation. Not consulting from the outside. Running the floor from the inside.
DeBlaca works with Irish SMEs in manufacturing, engineering, and operations. We assess AI readiness, train teams, and build practical automation. The sequence matters: foundation first, training second, tools last. Every engagement is fixed-price with a defined measurement loop.
We are based in Clane, County Kildare. We serve clients across Ireland, the UK, and the EU — on-site and remote.
Where DeBlaca fits in the Irish AI market
Most Irish AI consultants come from software, marketing, or data science backgrounds. DeBlaca comes from operations. That changes what we look for, what we fix, and how we measure success.
We focus on the gap between AI capability and operational reality. Irish SMEs in manufacturing and engineering don't need more tools. They need someone who understands how a production floor, a logistics operation, or an engineering team actually works — and can apply AI to that context. That is what we do.
Where we are
DeBlaca AI is based in Clane, County Kildare — 30 minutes from Dublin, 10 minutes from Naas. Kildare is home to a significant concentration of Irish manufacturing and engineering businesses that are underrepresented in the AI consulting market. Most Irish AI consultants are Dublin-city focused. We are not.
